Helping seniors remain safely in their homes through essential repairs and maintenance. From critical fixes to preventative work, we provide hands-on support that preserves independence and dignity.

Temporary Housing for Veterans
Providing safe, stable temporary housing for veterans during times of transition. Our properties offer a dependable place to land while individuals work toward longer-term stability.

Community Support
Extending our impact through school supply, bike, and food access support in partnership with Equity Alliance of Michigan and Forgotten Harvest. By helping distribute essential resources, we contribute to healthier, more supported communities.

Kendrick Ballard Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing and rebuilding Detroit's neighborhoods - beginning with the Midwest-Tireman community in District 6. Our mission is to restore pride and prosperity through community development, property rehabilitation, and neighborhood engagement. We work to ensure that residents have access to safe, affordable housing and opportunities to thrive where they live.
Our vision is to transform underserved neighborhoods into sustainable, empowered communities where every resident has access to clean, quality housing , thriving local businesses, and a renewed sense of belonging. We aim to be a leading force in Detroit's revitalization movement by combining grassroots action, innovative partnerships, and long-term investment in people and places.
